Lumarah · Cookies
Cookies, in plain language.

A cookie is a tiny piece of information that a website stores on your device. We use only the cookies necessary to keep the site working, and (with your permission) one for analytics.
What we use
Essential cookies (always on)
- lumarah-session — keeps you signed into your portal session
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects against cross-site request forgery
These cookies cannot be turned off because the site won't work without them. They contain no personal data — only an encrypted session identifier.
Preference cookies
- lumarah-cookies-accepted — remembers that you've seen and accepted this banner so we don't show it again
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use a privacy-respecting product (planned: Plausible Analytics or similar GDPR-compliant tool) to understand which pages people visit. No personal data is collected. You can opt out at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
Your choice
You can clear cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Clearing the lumarah-session cookie will log you out of the portal — you can sign back in to continue.
Third-party services
When you visit external links (e.g. the Lumarah WhatsApp link), those services have their own cookie policies. We don't control those.
