Pilgrims trust us with the most important journey of their lives. These aren't terms-and-conditions — they're the four commitments your concierge will repeat to you on day one.

Your money is held, not spent.

Your deposit is held against your journey until your concierge confirms hotels and flights are paid on your behalf. Full refund up to 60 days before departure; half-refund within 30 days. Where ATOL protection applies, the specific details will be set out clearly in your written quote — before any payment is taken.

Your documents are private.

Passports and supporting documents are stored encrypted on UK servers. Only your assigned concierge can open them — never the wider team, never our partners. Deleted within 90 days of your return unless you ask us to keep them for your next journey.
